Account
Usage
WEBco Solutions Inc. dialup
accounts are single-user accounts. This means that only one login from
your account is allowed at a time. Our dialup accounts are total
access, reasonable use accounts. This means that they are *not* dedicated
lines, and customers should not leave their systems dialed in, online,
and unattended.
In addition to our usage
policies, we also prohibit the sending of unsolicited emails ("spamming")
or inappropriate commercial Usenet posts from a WEBco Solutions Inc. user
account. Our email servers are not to be used for storage purposes.
Payment
and Billing:
Invoices are due and payable
upon receipt. If you are paying by check or money order, it is your responsibility
to get payment to us on time. If you choose to pay for your account
with a credit card, it is your responsibility to notify the billing department
of any changes regarding your payment method, including (but not limited
to) changing to another method of payment, informing us of a new card number,
or providing a new expiration date. All accounts automatically renew
on the same billing cycle for which you were previously invoiced.
Billing errors must be reported to the Customer Service Department within 60 days of the invoice or transaction date of the charge. No adjustments will be given for any charges that are more than 60 days old. For advance payments, checks and money orders are the only payment modes accepted. For other payment modes, please contact us.
Checks returned from our
bank will be subject to a NSF fee of $35.00. Customers will be notified
by phone upon receipt of a returned check, and will have 5 days from the
date of that notice to remit payment, by a cashiers check or money order,
for both the returned check and the NSF Fee. If payment is not received
in 5 days the account will be suspended pending payment as mentioned above.
Cancellation
and/or Account Termination:
If you wish to cancel your
account you must give written notice signed or an email notice including
reason for discontinuation. Cancellations by phone can only be processed
Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Any dial-up account
requesting a discontinuation of service will be refunded only money prepaid
for future months of service, not for any remainder of the current month.
All activation fees are not refundable.
Payments not received in
our office by the first date of the posted billing period will incur a
late fee of $5.00. Accounts which have been suspended for delinquent
balances will additionally be charge a $4.00 reconnect fee.
Long
distance charges:
WEBco Solutions Inc. is
not responsible for any long distance charges a customer may accrue while
using our service; it is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain
if it is long distance from their location to WEBco Solutions Inc. telephone
numbers.
Termination
of Service
WEBco Solutions Inc., reserves
the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any
reason with out notice.
